iKHASAS Group successfully acquired two Indonesian plantation companies from TDM Bhd, namely PT Rafi Kamajaya Abadi (RKA) and PT Sawit Rezki Abadi (SRA).

RKA and SRA were incorporated in 2007 and 2011 respectively, with principal activities in cultivation of oil palm, trading of palm oil and other related products.

These two companies own a large tract of oil palm estates as well as a palm oil mill in Nanga Pinoh, in the Province of Kalimantan Barat of Indonesia.

The acquisition complements the Group’s long-term expansion strategy.
